The Town of Estes Park, Colorado, initiated an important project to replace its existing ERP system (HTE) with a more modern solution that meets its current and future needs. Avèro was selected to provide ERP analysis services, starting with a thorough assessment of the Town’s current ERP environment. The project involves collaborative efforts with Town stakeholders to identify and document the requirements for a new ERP system, followed by the development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to find a suitable vendor.


The project aims to achieve the following objectives:
