It is vitally important for any organization to reduce inefficiencies and build logical, optimized workflows. This goes for a business that produces a good or an organization, such as a government entity that provides a service. Avèro is here to partner with government institutions to help rid them of the "inefficient" stereotype.

Avèro’s client, a Health and Human Services department for a large county, was full of inefficiencies and redundant processes. For example, the HHS department owned an extensive process that spanned multiple buildings. Citizens would have to show ID and retell their story each time they were asked to move to a new building throughout the process. Not only is this incredibly inefficient, but also frustrating for the citizen who needs that particular HHS service. The surprising note is that these groups within HHS did not realize the redundancy because there was little to no communication between the different groups until Avèro stepped in. This is just one example of Avèro’s ability to gather all key process owners together, facilitate collaborative sessions between groups, and increase efficiency through communication and process reengineering.
