Avero is an independent, 3rd party consulting firm only interested in finding solutions that best meet the needs of our clients. Avero is not a reseller of any software and is not affiliated with any solution provider, and our proven methodology ensures our clients secure the correct vendor based on our clients' needs and culture.

Avero's methodology to secure the best vendor for our clients starts with project discovery. Our team notates and analyzes current-state processes by interviewing key staff and process owners. After key processes are mapped, our team of consultants will begin reengineering them based on industry best practices and institutional knowledge. Avero collaborates with process owners and key stakeholders to define requirements a new software solution must meet. Avero then spends time validating future-state process maps and system requirements with key stakeholders. Both project deliverables are then added to the organization's Request for Proposal (RFP). Vendors are required to respond to the system requirements section indicating that they either: they can meet the requirement, have a 3rd party integration that can meet the requirement, have software in the development phase to meet the requirement, or cannot meet the requirement at this time. After responses are received, Avero and the organization reviews the requirements the software provider is able to meet, which is data that can be quantified and measured to find a solution that best meets the needs for the organization.

After responses are received and scored, Avero works with the organization to conduct reference calls and schedule system demonstrations. Avero develops reference call scripts for the organization's review and approval, and in most cases, conducts the reference calls for the organization. Avero scores the reference calls based on topics important to the organization, but typically those topics include implementation team experience and competence, ease of use/user experience, timeline and price, and other factors. We then facilitate discussion within the organization to determine which solution providers should be invited to demonstrate their software.

After the invitation list is set, Avero schedules times with software providers based on staff availability and develops test scripts which must be demonstrated by the provider during the system demonstration. The system demonstrations are then scored by process owners and key stakeholders. This methodology has been proven time and again to secure the solution that best fits the organization's needs, and that Avero is completely impartial and independent of pressuring an organization into selecting a certain software solution.
