Avèro was brought on board to conduct a detailed IT assessment and develop an Information Technology Strategic Plan (ITSP) for the Town. The project involved assessing the current IT environment, evaluating the cybersecurity posture, identifying gaps, and formulating IT modernization strategies. The culmination of this effort was the presentation of the ITSP to the Town’s Executive Team, including the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. Avèro is now actively involved in overseeing the implementation of Microsoft SharePoint for the Town.
