Higher Ed · Readiness scorecard

Self-score readiness before Navigate-to-SaaS.

Customization debt, data owners, mocks, decision rights. Print it. Score it with your cabinet before Ellucian's program starts the clock. We email the PDF.

What you score

Four things that decide whether SaaS is a move or a relocation.

  • 01 · Customization debt What you built on-prem that Banner SaaS will not carry. Count it. Name who still depends on it. Decide retire, replace, or refuse the move until it is gone.
  • 02 · Data owners A named human for every domain you will convert. If ownership is "shared" or "IT," the mock will fail in a meeting, not in a lab.
  • 03 · Mocks How many conversion rehearsals you can actually staff, what "done" means, and whether finance and the registrar will sit the same test twice.
  • 04 · Decision rights Who can freeze scope, who can say no to a bolt-on, and who owns the call when Ellucian's timeline and the academic calendar disagree.
